We start with a brief discussion about your energy needs and some information about the building itself.
We’ll attend site and carry out preliminary checks and obtain system information, and the buildings energy usage over the past 12 months.
Next we would suggest you furnish residents with a questionnaire and information pack supplied by us that will provide data on the decarbonisation solutions we could potentially offer the block and how these might benefit residents.
We’ll then provide a draft proposal estimate, outlining some of the potential solutions available given the buildings requirements and limitations. This will give a brief outline of associated costs, energy savings & ROI with each technology we propose for your building
We then arrange for a video conference with interested parties, to address any questions about the proposed technologies.
Following on from the video call, it’s now time to decide if you wish us to carry out an intrusive site survey allowing us to produce an in-depth report and design for the buildings system. 6From this stage onwards is chargeable, although design costs will be reimbursed from the final system delivery sum.
An intrusive site survey includes:
• Detailed surveying and quantifying
• Measured Energy Performance
• Electrical distribution reporting
Structural Surveys (If required)
• Feasibility study
• Site access or pre-contact planning exercise
We’ll then provide you with:
• A detailed design and drawings
• A full scope of works with an itemised and quantified estimate
• A storyboard of delivery
These documents can be shared with third parties to provide a comparison estimate, meeting requirements of the block
lease and Section-20 legislation.
We then hope to be awarded the project and will reimburse any design stage associated costs from the final system
delivery sum.
Our installation team will deliver a first-class system on time and without any fuss to you or the block’s residents. We arrange everything in-house including H&S and Welfare, Risk & Method, logistics, arrangement of planning, delivery, 8installation, testing and handover.
All our solutions are covered by our 5 year parts and labour warranty, for total peace of mind
Training can be provided on-site or remotely
We offer service visits that include testing, cleaning, overhauling and compliance testing; issuing certificates of compliance, confirming your systems are kept performing optimally.
Our assessors will survey your building to provide you with a bespoke service and a tailored solution for your individual energy needs.
