How The Process Works
An intrusive site survey that includes:
• Detailed surveying and quantifying
• Load testing and spare capacity analysis
• Electrical distribution reporting
• Feasibility study
• Site access or pre-contact planning exercise
We’ll then provide you with:
• A detailed design with planning and drawings
• A full scope of works with an itemised and quantified estimate
• A storyboard of delivery to meet the blocks demand requirements
These documents can be shared with third parties to provide a comparison estimate, meeting requirements of the block lease and Section-20 legislation. We then hope to be awarded the scheme and will reimburse any stage two associated costs from the final system delivery sum.

This grant is for freeholders, right to manage companies, residents’ management companies, managing agents and social housing providers installing chargepoints at residential property they do not live in.
It covers 75% of the cost of buying and installing chargepoints, up to £500 per socket, for up to 200 sockets each financial year across one or many sites.
This scheme is open to leaseholders who own a flat, including shared ownership, and to anyone living in rented accommodation.
The grant covers 75% of the cost of buying and installing a chargepoint socket, up to £500 per grant. You need a private off-street parking space and an eligible electric vehicle. Applications moved to a new online platform in April 2026.
This voucher based scheme provides eligible applicants with support towards the upfront cost of buying and installing EV chargepoints.
It is open to businesses, charities and public sector organisations, which makes it well suited to the commercial element of mixed use developments.
The grant covers 75% of the total cost of purchase and installation including VAT, capped at £500 per socket and 40 sockets across all sites per applicant.
