It’s an exciting time at Future Group as we continue to strengthen our teams across the business, and we’re pleased to welcome two new faces to Future: Lewis Moss, Head of Solar & PV, and Isabella Scourfield, who joins Future Fire.
Meet Lewis, Head of Solar & PV
Lewis joins Future Group to head up our growing Solar & PV offering, bringing with him experience across commercial solar, renewable energy and decarbonisation projects.
His experience spans multiple stages of the project lifecycle, from initial enquiries and feasibility assessments through to Solar PV system design, estimating, proposals, client engagement and project delivery. Lewis has worked across commercial rooftop Solar PV installations, EPC improvement programmes and wider decarbonisation projects for property owners, managing agents and commercial clients – giving him a strong understanding of both the technical and practical considerations involved in delivering renewable energy projects.
As Head of Solar & PV, Lewis will be focused on developing our solar offering and supporting clients in identifying practical opportunities across their buildings and portfolios. His appointment comes at an exciting time for Future Decarbonise as we continue to grow our capabilities and help clients navigate everything from initial feasibility through to design, installation and ongoing support.
Meet Isabella, Future Fire
We’re also delighted to welcome Isabella to Future Fire, as she takes her first step into the industry and begins her career with Future. Coming from a customer service background, Isabella brings strong communication skills and a people-focused approach, making her a great addition to the team and a natural fit for the level of client service we pride ourselves on at Future.
Working alongside our experienced Fire team, Isabella will be building her industry knowledge while supporting the servicing, maintenance, quotes and day-to-day requirements of our block and estate management clients.
At Future, we’re passionate about giving people the opportunity to learn, develop and build their careers within the business, and we’re really looking forward to seeing Isabella grow within the team.
