We’re incredibly proud to announce that Jo Sheehan has been shortlisted for the Excellence Award (Business) at the 2026 Women in Fire Safety Awards.
The awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of women across the fire safety industry, recognising those helping to drive higher standards, leadership and positive change across the sector.
Since joining Future Group, Jo has made a huge impact within our Fire Systems division. Overseeing our operational delivery, she works closely with engineers, colleagues and clients to ensure planned maintenance, statutory servicing, remedial works and installations are delivered to the standards we expect.
Beyond the day-to-day, Jo has become a real driving force within the team, championing better communication, supporting training and development and continually looking for ways we can improve how we work and the service we provide to our clients.

The winners will be announced at the Women in Fire Safety Awards on 15 October 2026 at the Mercure London Earl’s Court.
