Future Group was delighted to attend the 2026 ACE Awards, hosted by The Property Institute (TPI), and we are proud to announce that we received Highly Commended in the Business Environmental & Sustainability Impact Award category.
After being shortlisted in two categories, including the Honorary Industry Award for Jamie Willsdon, the team headed to London for an evening of celebration, networking, and recognition of the outstanding achievements taking place across the property management sector.
This year’s theme, “Midnight at the Fairground,” certainly did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was incredible. The venue looked fantastic, the sun was shining, the drinks were flowing, and it was great to catch up with so many clients, partners, and industry colleagues throughout the evening.
Receiving a Highly Commended award for our environmental and sustainability initiatives was a proud moment for the entire team and reflects the commitment Future Group continues to make towards delivering sustainable solutions across the built environment.
We would like to thank The Property Institute for organising another outstanding event. The ACE Awards continue to be one of the highlights of the industry calendar, bringing together professionals from across the sector to celebrate success and innovation.
Of course, no ACE Awards evening would be complete without a few memorable moments. The fairground-themed entertainment proved a huge hit, although opinions were mixed when it came to the tarot card reader! Some of the team’s fortunes raised a few eyebrows, particularly Sophie, who has been jokingly looking over her shoulder ever since being told by the cards that she might get robbed. Thankfully, it was all taken in good humour and added to the fun of the evening.
As the night went on, the dance floor became increasingly busy, and we’re pleased to report that the Future Group team were more than happy to showcase a few dance moves of their own.
A special mention must also go to the treats included in the award gift bags, which proved to be a welcome lifeline for the journey home after a fantastic evening of celebrations.
