We assessed the existing system set up and listened to staff who explained the operational issues of this system. We were able to improve things at minimal cost by replacing this system.
This included a correct selection of cameras, placed in better positions, achieving greatly improved ROI (region of interest).
By providing an additional single camera to an entrance corridor, the operators can now record visitor entrance traffic flow in both directions.
We relocated the DVR to a secure location and housed this in a lockable enclosure.
