Future Regeneration was appointed to deliver a comprehensive internal refurbishment across two residential blocks at St. Johns Point. The project was designed to modernise communal areas, enhance fire safety compliance, and improve the overall resident experience.
This major works package involved the coordination of multiple trades, including plastering, decorating, electrical, flooring, and fire safety specialists. Steps of Implementation
- Initial Survey & Planning
A full condition survey was undertaken to assess the scope of works, identify fire safety priorities, and plan a phased delivery strategy. - Wallpaper Removal & Plaster Repairs
All existing wall coverings were removed, followed by extensive plaster repairs and surface preparation across communal areas. - Lighting System Upgrade
A new LED lighting system was installed throughout, including emergency lighting and motion sensors for energy efficiency. - Fire Door Replacement & Fire Alarm Installation
All communal fire doors were upgraded to meet current standards. Two new addressable fire alarm systems were installed and commissioned—one per block. - Redecoration & Carpet Installation
Full redecoration of walls, ceilings, and woodwork was completed, followed by the installation of high-quality commercial-grade carpets. - Resident Communication & Phased Delivery
