Future Fire installs a full wireless Hyfire system at Elstow Grange.
Located in Brondesbury Park, the block is ideally located for all local amenities found on the High Road as well as the open spaces of Queen’s Park with its many leisure activities available including tennis courts, the weekly farmers market and cafes.
Problems identified:
The team visited site for a full survey and saw that smoke detectors were needed in the communal areas in order promote safety and overall peace of mind.
Future Fire highlighted:
The property managers ordered a risk assessment and came to us for a quote to carry out the works.
They had no fire detection in the building, which is a huge issue and needed to be tackled as soon as possible.

Future Fire saw to the installation of call points, smoke detectors and sounders in the communal areas.
Challenges:
The team detected asbestos in the basement and organised a solution.
Conclusion
The system is now fully functional after a very quick turnaround. The residents now have peace of mind knowing the building and their property is safe. The Future Fire team will return to site to carry out ongoing maintenance on the system.
