Requirements

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and influencer marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker with attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience or education in social media marketing is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Create engaging and brand-aligned content to drive audience engagement and growth
Collaborate with influencers and partners to increase brand awareness and build community
Monitor trends, analyse engagement, and report on social media performance to enhance Future Group’s digital presence
Website management & updates
Support other marketing and communications initiatives as needed
