Requirements

  • Qualified to 18th Edition standards
  • Experience at fault finding
  • Experience with reactive repair and maintenance within the residential block sector
  • Technical knowledge in lighting and electrical services
  • Experience & Knowledge in Inspection and Testing (Qualifications Preference)
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry
  • Driven, loyal, dynamic, and a team player
  • Highly effective verbal communication
  • Full clean UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

  • Service & Maintenance of emergency lighting systems
  • Reactive Repairs – Small Power & Lighting
  • Be able to carry out LED Lighting system upgrades to the best quality
  • NIC-EIC Fixed Wire Testing & Remedial & Improvements
  • PAT Testing
  • Emergency Lighting Repairs, Improvements & Upgrades
  • Also be able to carry out Commercial EV Charge point installations when required
  • Be punctual, a team player and dependable.
  • Carry out works in the most professional and polite manner.
  • Always leave each and every site clean, tidy and presentable.
  • To ensure that the relevant documentation is fully completed in an accurate and timely manner – including instructions, timesheets, work reports, service reports.
