We are actively seeking experienced Electrical Engineers to join our team. They will be required to install, service, repair, and maintain electrical equipment including emergency lighting, across communal, private, and commercial properties.

Requirements

Qualified to 18th Edition standards
Experience at fault finding
Experience with reactive repair and maintenance within the residential block sector
Technical knowledge in lighting and electrical services
Experience & Knowledge in Inspection and Testing (Qualifications Preference)
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry
Driven, loyal, dynamic, and a team player
Highly effective verbal communication
Full clean UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

Service & Maintenance of emergency lighting systems
Reactive Repairs – Small Power & Lighting
Be able to carry out LED Lighting system upgrades to the best quality
NIC-EIC Fixed Wire Testing & Remedial & Improvements
PAT Testing
Emergency Lighting Repairs, Improvements & Upgrades
Also be able to carry out Commercial EV Charge point installations when required
Be punctual, a team player and dependable.
Carry out works in the most professional and polite manner.
Always leave each and every site clean, tidy and presentable.
To ensure that the relevant documentation is fully completed in an accurate and timely manner – including instructions, timesheets, work reports, service reports.
