Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the security industry.
Proven track record in managing operations within the sector.
Driven, loyal, and dynamic with a collaborative, team-player mindset.
Highly effective verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage divisional resources to handle client enquiries and deliver projects effectively.
Oversee and coordinate ongoing and incoming projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Provide comprehensive support to clients and engineering teams.
Monitor and report on health & safety, job progress, and operational efficiencies.
Drive business growth through effective estimation and project execution, ensuring successful outcomes for both new and existing clients.
