A look back at another successful year, exciting plans for the future and a celebration of the people who make Future Group what it is.
On Friday 9th October, the Future Group team came together at Everyman Cinema, Westfield Stratford, for our annual AGM and Future Group Awards 2026.
And what a fantastic afternoon it was!
With the word ABSOLUTELY taking centre stage on the cinema screen – a motto that has become part of the Future Group culture, it was the perfect setting to reflect on how far we’ve come and look ahead to where we’re going.
Reflecting on the Year and Looking Ahead
Our AGM is an important opportunity to bring colleagues from across the Group together, away from the day-to-day demands of the business.
It was a busy, informative and engaging afternoon, with updates from every department, a review of our performance throughout 2026 and an insight into the exciting opportunities ahead.
We discussed our achievements, challenges, spending and budgets, alongside our expectations, plans and targets for 2027.
With everyone engaged and involved throughout the afternoon, there was a real sense of shared purpose and enthusiasm for the future.
And with Future Group on track for another record-breaking year, there was certainly plenty to feel positive about!
Celebrating More Than Business Success
Of course, Future Group is about much more than figures, targets and business growth.
One of the highlights of the afternoon was taking time to celebrate the people behind the business.
We welcomed new colleagues to the Future Group family, recognised personal achievements and milestones, including weddings and new arrivals, and wished Kate Wood all the very best as she prepares for maternity leave.
These moments are an important reminder that our success is built on the people who make up our team, both inside and outside the workplace.
Our Future Group Awards 2026 – Celebrating Our Legends!
A particularly special part of the afternoon was our annual Future Group Awards, recognising colleagues who have gone above and beyond throughout the year.
With awards voted for by office colleagues, engineers and the leadership team, it was an opportunity to celebrate outstanding performance, teamwork, improvement and dedication across the business.
We are delighted to announce our 2026 Future Group Award winners!

A huge congratulations to all nine winners!
Each award recognises something different, but they all share one thing in common, the commitment, attitude and contribution that make a real difference to Future Group.
And while these individuals received well-deserved recognition, we also want to thank every member of the team for their hard work and dedication throughout the year.
One Team. One Future.
After the presentations and awards, there was time for everyone to relax, catch up and enjoy a few drinks together.
And sometimes, it’s these moments that mean the most.
Seeing colleagues from different departments coming together, sharing stories, laughing and enjoying each other’s company is a reminder of the fantastic team culture we’ve built over the years.
As we look towards 2027, there are exciting plans, ambitious targets and plenty of opportunities ahead.
But whatever the next chapter brings, one thing remains the same, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
Thank you to everyone who made our 2026 AGM such a success, and congratulations once again to all our award winners.
Here’s to another exciting year for Team Future!
Can we make it another record-breaking year?
ABSOLUTELY.
