A New Adventure for Mads and a Familiar Face Returns to Future

It’s a bittersweet one for Team Future as we prepare to say goodbye to our lovely Maddie Carr after an incredible six years with Future Group, while also welcoming a very familiar face back to the team.

Maddie has been part of Future for six years and has grown alongside the business during that time. As our Service Agreement Manager, Maddie has played a huge role in looking after our Planned Preventative Maintenance agreements, building relationships with our clients and helping develop our PPM offering into what it is today.

But after six years of PPMs, service agreements and life at Future, she’s decided it’s time for a slightly different kind of schedule!

Maddie is heading off to travel around Australia and Asia, and although we’re going to miss having her around enormously, we couldn’t be more excited for her.

Six years is a huge chapter, particularly in a business that has grown and changed as much as Future has during that time, and Maddie has been there through so much of that journey. She leaves with a lot of friends, plenty of very fond memories and a team who will be eagerly following her travels from back home!

Welcome back, Beau!

The good news is that our PPMs are being left in very familiar hands. We’re delighted to welcome Beau Higgleton back to Future Group.

Beau left Future earlier this year but, after just a few months away, we’re very happy to say she’s back and will be taking over our PPMs.

Having previously been part of the Future team, Beau already knows the business, our clients and how we work. Many of our clients will already know her too, which makes the transition feel incredibly natural.

Beau will be working alongside Maddie throughout the handover before taking the reins and becoming a key point of contact for our clients and their PPM agreements moving forward.

For us, it’s the perfect example of the relationships we try to build at Future. People may move on to new opportunities and adventures, but the door is never completely closed – and we couldn’t be happier to have Beau back.

So, while it’s a very fond farewell to Maddie as she swaps Future Group for Australia and Asia, it’s also a huge welcome home to Beau.

Maddie, thank you for everything you’ve given Future over the last six years. We hope you have the adventure of a lifetime – and we expect plenty of updates along the way!

And Beau… welcome back. It’s like you never left.
