A couple of weeks ago, our whole Future Group team came together for our AGM – and what a brilliant day it was. Held at the Everyman Cinema, the venue gave the whole event a relaxed, modern feel that made it a perfect setting for catching up, learning, and celebrating.
Kicking Things Off
The day started with excited conversations, plenty of laughter, and colleagues from across the Group reconnecting. It’s always a great reminder of the energy, enthusiasm, and teamwork that make Future Group what it is.
We heard from our Group Director, who took us through the story of the past year – the achievements, the challenges, and the key moments that shaped us. We also got a look ahead at the ideas, priorities, and opportunities that will guide us into the next year.
Directors’ Highlights
Each division director also took the stage to share their team’s progress, celebrate successes, and talk about what’s coming next. From standout achievements to new goals and fresh plans, it was inspiring to see how every part of the Group is driving forward.
Celebrating Our People
To round off the day, we rolled into one of the highlights everyone looks forward to – our famous Future Awards. The atmosphere was buzzing as this year’s worthy winners headed up to collect their very own “Oscars,” celebrating the hard work, impact, and dedication that truly make a difference across the Group.

Everyone left with new insights, plenty of inspiration, and a real sense of excitement for the year ahead. It was a day full of connection, reflection, and celebration — and a reminder of what we can achieve when we work together.
