Future Regeneration was appointed to deliver a comprehensive external refurbishment programme at Bakers Mews, a residential development in Hitchin requiring a coordinated package of improvement works to enhance both the appearance and long-term performance of the building. 

Working within an occupied environment, the project combined cladding upgrades, roofing works, drainage improvements, car park resurfacing, and external decorations.
