National Apprenticeship Week is a nationwide celebration of the positive impact apprenticeships have on individuals, businesses, and the wider economy. It’s a time to recognise the achievements of apprentices and the vital contributions they make across industries and here at Future Group, we’re proud to play our part.
This week, we’ve been celebrating our brilliant electrical apprentices: Toby, Lenny, Jack, Oscar, and Daniel, each of whom is developing their skills, confidence, and experience through hands-on learning and dedicated training.
Our first-year apprentices Lenny, Oscar, and Daniel are already gaining valuable on-site experience while building strong technical foundations through their college learning. Lenny is balancing site work with his electrical installation course, Oscar is developing his electrical skills while also gaining exposure to fire safety alongside our Future Fire engineers, and Daniel is broadening his experience across our EV and Decarbonise divisions showing real enthusiasm for renewables and the future of the industry.
Further along in their apprenticeships, Jack and Toby continue to grow and progress with confidence. Jack, now in his second year, is applying his college learning directly to real projects with Future Lighting & Electrical, while Toby, in his third year, is working across live environments and building the technical knowledge and practical skills needed for a successful career as an electrical contractor.
Across all stages, our apprentices benefit from a balance of classroom learning, on-site experience, and guidance from our experienced teams, helping them develop not only technical ability, but also the professional skills required to thrive in a fast-paced industry.
Apprenticeships like these are at the heart of developing skilled, future-ready teams, and we’re incredibly proud to support each apprentice on their journey.
Here’s to our talented apprentices and the bright futures they’re building
