This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights. Most of our customers contract with us as a business, for example a managing agent, RMC, RTM company, freeholder or developer. If you contract in the course of business, your statutory protections come from the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 and the Sale of Goods Act 1979, and you generally have up to six years from the date of any breach to bring a claim, under the Limitation Act 1980. If you are a consumer, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full and are not affected by this warranty.
