Project Overview 

In collaboration with the property’s management team, Future Fuel delivered a bespoke, fully scalable EV charging infrastructure tailored to the unique needs of Peacock Place’s residents. 

The installation comprises 12 active smart chargers (7-22kW) and 28 passive-ready points, allowing residents to easily upgrade as electric vehicle adoption increases. This smart, connected system ensures long-term flexibility and sustainability with minimal disruption. 

Despite the project’s scale, the entire system was commissioned smoothly, on schedule, and with no resident complaints — a reflection of the planning, professionalism, and experience of our EV installation team. 

 

Installation Details 

🔹Smart-Connected Charging:
12 Easee active smart chargers installed, each integrated with a real-time billing and monitoring platform to track usage and manage payments seamlessly. 

🔹Passive Expansion:
An additional 28 bays are pre-equipped with passive points, fully prepared for quick conversion as more residents switch to electric vehicles. 

🔹Future-Proofed Design:
The system supports easy upgrades and expansions, aligning perfectly with long-term sustainability goals and future-proofing the development for years to come.
