From the moment he joined as an engineer, Luke has played a key role in our team. With a clear progression path, he transitioned into the office team, taking the lead in our NICEIC Testing and Inspection department as Future Group’s dedicated Qualified Supervisor. His passion, expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence have been evident in every aspect of his work.

Over the past four years, Luke has not only embraced new opportunities but has also grown tremendously in his role. His meticulous attention to detail and leadership skills have enabled him to successfully manage and verify an impressive volume of Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) year after year. He also oversees necessary remedial and improvement works, ensuring that all residential and domestic premises under his portfolio remain fully compliant and safe.
Luke independently organises and conducts our annual NICEIC assessments, passing each year with ease. This remarkable achievement is a testament to his technical expertise, time management skills, and the trust he has built with both his colleagues and clients.
