Project Overview
In collaboration with the management company, we designed and installed a future-proofed EV charging solution to resolve ongoing issues experienced by the residents. The existing developer-installed system was plagued with persistent communication failures, preventing users from connecting to the billing and payment portal—ultimately leaving them unable to charge their vehicles.
Recognising the need for a reliable and user-friendly system, the block manager reached out to us, stating that it was time for an upgrade. Seizing the opportunity, we delivered a seamless, efficient, and future-ready charging solution that meets the needs of residents now and in the years to come
Installation Details
Utilising the existing distribution and final circuits, we took the opportunity to optimise the layout of the EV chargers, significantly improving accessibility and efficiency. By strategically spacing out the chargers, we were able to increase coverage from the original 12 bays to 24, doubling the available charging points for residents.
We installed state-of-the-art Easee smart chargers, seamlessly integrated with a new smart billing platform. This upgrade not only resolved the ongoing connectivity and payment issues but also provided a far more reliable, user-friendly, and accessible solution for residents. The result is a future-proofed charging network that ensures effortless and efficient EV charging for all users.
