Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the security industry.
  • Proven track record in managing operations within the sector.
  • Driven, loyal, and dynamic with a collaborative, team-player mindset.
  • Highly effective verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage divisional resources to handle client enquiries and deliver projects effectively.
  • Oversee and coordinate ongoing and incoming projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Provide comprehensive support to clients and engineering teams.
  • Monitor and report on health & safety, job progress, and operational efficiencies.
  • Drive business growth through effective estimation and project execution, ensuring successful outcomes for both new and existing clients.
