Future Group’s EV Charging Department Achieves Remarkable Milestones Amid Sustainability Accolades

The past two months have been nothing short of transformative for the EV Charging department at Future Group. With rapid growth and an increasing focus on sustainability, the department has achieved significant milestones while continuing to support the shift toward a Net Zero future.

Scaling Operations to Support EV Adoption
In just 60 days, Future Group’s  EV Charging division has taken over the management and maintenance of 300 additional active EV charging units. Ensuring compliance, maintenance, and readiness for resident use, the team has cemented its role as a trusted partner in the property management sector.

The department has also onboarded hundreds of developer-installed EV charging units onto advanced billing and management platforms. These efforts ensure a seamless experience for residents moving into developments equipped with cutting-edge charging infrastructure.

Expanding Retrofitting Projects
Retrofitting existing residential blocks with EV charging capabilities is a critical step in the drive toward Net Zero. Over the past two months, the team has completed three major retrofit projects, with another commencing in early December. Looking ahead, three additional retrofit schemes are planned for Q1 2025, marking the department’s ongoing commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Celebrating Trust and Collaboration
Future Group extends its gratitude to developers, property managers, and retrofit clients for their trust in our EV team. Their collaboration has been pivotal in ensuring the seamless onboarding, management, and installation of EV charging units across residential properties.

Recognition for Sustainability Leadership
The department’s hard work has not gone unnoticed. Future Group has been awarded the prestigious 2024 Sustainability Award for its exceptional services to the block and property management sector throughout the year. This accolade underscores the company’s dedication to driving positive environmental change in the built environment.

“We are thrilled with the momentum we’ve built over the past two months,” said Jamie Willsdon, Director of Future Group. “As we continue on this trajectory, we’re more committed than ever to supporting our clients and communities in the transition to Net Zero.”
