Your gas heating in Gas Safe hands
At Future Heating, our priority is to provide your residents with the service and installation of gas boilers, heat interface unit (HIU), ventilation systems, legionella testing and cold water tanks. Our maintenance agreements include an annual strip down and clean of the appliance. We will replace seals and gaskets, as well as components such as ignition electrodes and flame rectification devices where necessary. All in the knowledge that we are Gas Safe certified.
A visual check of the boiler, flue, controls and associated plant. Helping to keep track of signs of damage or distress in-between gas safety checks and services.
A statutory yearly inspection of the appliance and gas system to confirm the safe working order of both. This is not a service
We offer both in-hours and out of hours callout attendance, reacting to emergencies within a speedy timescale
We offer essential effective and efficient appliance repairs to ensure systems are in optimum working condition
Heating Interface Unit
A HIU provides instant heating and hot water to the one or more buildings through a centralised district heating system, allowing all occupants within the property to receive temperature control. This is not only on-demand but environmentally friendly, due to the use of renewable energy sources.
A HIU from Future Heating is supplied with expert knowledge of meter reading, bill creation and collection of payments from tenants. This allows us or the landlord access to meter data, ideal for a residential property.
