Being in the electrical industry since leaving school [quite some time ago now!] Jamie has a wealth of knowledge and experience in delivery first class solutions. With his passion in cars and motorsport, before his Electrical vehicle momentum began to hit the media and mainstream, he jumped at the opportunity to be involved in this exciting development.

The last three years Jamie has been involved with everything EV, and he’s been traveling the planet investigating all emerging technologies and educating himself with everything EV, allowing him to create the perfect solution for the block management EV transition.

In 2019 our Future Group launched Future Fuel Solutions, a division built to deliver EV Systems to the Residential Block Management & Leasehold sectors.

As part of our consultation service we provide an intrusive site survey, that includes:

  • Detailed surveying and quantifying
  • Load Testing & Spare Capacity Analysis
  • Electrical Distribution reporting
  • Feasibility Study
  • Site Access or Pre-contact planning exercise.
The client is then provided with a detailed design, planning, drawings and full scope of works and an itemised and quantified estimate, along with a storyboard of delivery to meet the blocks demand and requirements.These documents can be shared with third parties to provide comparison estimates in order to meet requirements of the block lease and Section-20 legislation.
