Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will either have proven experience within a business development role or a sales executive looking to take the next step. In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate a professional approach, and you will have strong attention to detail and compliance.

  • You will have a passion for sales, relationships and the future of the property management industry.
  • You have 1 year + of experience in a corporate / property management environment
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 is essential
  • A background in marketing/ account management
  • Experience in working towards sales targets and managing one’s workload.
  • Has an extensive book of contacts.
  • Creative and confident with words to draft proposals and campaign ideas for brands.
  • Understanding of marketing content and building comms
  • Experience in B2B sales

Responsibilities

  • Run their own diary and create meetings, onboarding clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from inception to closure: prospecting, discovery, inbound leads, proposal, close and retaining clients
  • Build strong, long-last relationships with prospects, demonstrating how the SaaS will impact their business and retain them.
  • Run product demos, negotiate deals and build business proposals
  • Meeting on-site with potential new clients and onboarding them.
