We are looking for a Commercial Gas Safe Qualified engineer with experience within the service, maintenance, repair and PPMs of commercial gas appliances.

Requirements

Commercial Gas Safe Qualified
Experience within the service, maintenance, repair and PPMs of commercial gas appliances.
HIU knowledge
Experience working within the residential block and commercial sector beneficial
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and/or experience with plumbing.

Full UK driving licence.
Enjoys working in a team

Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of building within your geographical area
Keeping systems maintained and safe for continued use
Reporting & certification creation
Highlighting & rectifying defects
Servicing, and diagnostic repairs to various heating systems.
Complete small and larger installations as part of a team or on your own.
To be flexible to attend the main office in Loughton, Essex as required.
Experience and good knowledge in the HVAC and servicing field is essential
Responsible for managing direct reports.
Project a high level of quality customer services always.
To ensure that the relevant documentation is fully completed in an accurate and timely manner – including instructions, timesheets, work reports, service reports.
